Join Ryan for a week of practice at Bow Street Yoga. Each day we will have a 4-hour practice that consists of Meditation, Asana, Reflection, and Relaxation. Beginning with a simple practice structure, the focus of the week will evolve based on students' curiosity- leaving plenty of room to explore more compound postures, different meditation techniques, and of course building piles of props to lay over.
Students are more than welcome to come for individual days, but we strongly encourage you to try to commit to the whole week as each day will build upon the last.
$200 for the week / $60 per day

Refund Policy for workshops:
All workshop sales are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another workshop. If you notify us via email 72 hours in advance we can transfer your registration to different student. Please email Hello@bowstreetyoga.com if you have any questions.
