Come learn about and experience the ancient practice of metta or lovingkindness meditation. Lovingkindness is a structured and easy-to-follow technique that will bring you a stronger connection to yourself, your loved ones, and the larger community. It brings both inter- and interpersonal peace, and it can be used by any body, anywhere, any time, regardless of ability level. Jess will intersperse this talk with periods of practice, so bring your mat as well as something to write with.
