Practice is always shifting to meet the needs of the body. There are days when I've gotta spend most of class with my head on the floor- it's what feels intuitive to do. Other days it feels natural to pump in and out of squats and warriors most of my time on the mat. As we head deeper into winter, I expect I'll be needing to fire up and access some nimble-ness in my movement, as well as indulge the desire to nest and curl up. Longer format classes are always great because we can blur the lines between the two. Hope to see you for some fun and self-preservation.
