Sometimes getting involved in activism can feel overwhelming. There are so many perspectives and messages telling us what the RIGHT way to use our energy is in this moment of fear, frustration and mobilization for many liberals. How can we know what the right thing to do is? We talk a lot about self-care, but how do we actually practice it? What does it feel like to meet our current challenges with balance, wellness? For me, yoga practice has been integral to both asking these questions, and continuing to answer them.
