Roll It Out: Self Massage & Postural Analysis

Join us for two hours of self-massage and body movement to work out old scar tissue, juice up our muscles and connective tissue, and find increased ease of movement in our yoga practice. We'll draw upon Theresa's work as a Movement and Structural Analyst through KMI and Ryan's Myofascial Yoga Therapy along with our combined 15 years of yoga study to create balance and space in these bodies we live in. We'll take a look at common structural imbalances and experiment with tennis, lacrosse and golf balls, foam rollers, blocks (and possibly some supplies picked up at Home Depot) followed by a long supported savasana.
