Things To Know

We believe that yoga is not only about the union of body and mind, but of us and our environment. All of our blocks, bolsters, straps, and mats are eco-friendly. Our studio is warmed with a new efficient forced air system, and it is well-insulated to conserve energy.

As a courtesy to other yogis and teachers please try and arrive early and get settled before class begins, and please remember to turn off your cell phones.

Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach. Try and refrain from eating anything two hours before class, and allow four hours after a heavy meal.

Bring a towel.  Our studio is kept at a safe and warm 75-90 degrees. This means you will probably sweat, even in the Beginners classes. And no worries if you are a super sweater, that’s just your body detoxifying!

Bring a mat. Mat rentals are also available.

Talk to us. Our teachers are here for you- please be sure to let us know if you have any questions, injuries, old surgeries, pregnancies (you get the picture) or if you are new to yoga!
