How do we practice when difficult emotions are present? How do we understand/become acquainted with our emotions when they seem too tumultuous look at? How do stay grounded, and maintain a sense of humor in light of anger/sadness/despair? In this season/political climate/situation that we find ourselves in, it seems appropriate to have an open and honest discussion about how to practice when things feel like they are falling apart. We’ll practice, we’ll talk, we’ll laugh/cry . Maybe we’ll even do all of those things at once. Tea and snacks provided.
